Poster Instructions
Instructions for poster preparation
At the conference, you will be allocated 100 by 100 square centimetres to
display your poster. Bear in mind that it should be readable from a distance
of one metre; we recommend using fonts 20pt or higher for the base text.
Please, have the materials prepared when registering at the Conference
registration desk.
During the session itself, you will have time to take questions in front of
your poster.
Poster presentation
Prepare a short presentation of about 5 or 10 minutes that you can
periodically give to those assembled around your poster throughout the
1 hour poster session. Authors will be required to stand by their poster
during the assigned times.
