= NLP Centre Web Service Licence = #NLP_Centre_Web_Service_Licence
This  tool is provided to you, the LICENSEE, at no charge as a web  application service by the Natural Language Processing Centre, Faculty  of Informatics, Masaryk University ([http://nlp.fi.muni.cz/ NLP Centre]),  the LICENSOR, under the following licence. By using this tool, LICENSEE  agrees that it has read, understood, and will comply with these terms  and conditions.

 * LICENSEE agrees to restrict use of the tool to noncommercial, nonprofit internal research purposes only.
 * LICENSEE  shall not use the name or names of Natural Language Processing Centre,  Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University or any adaptation,  abbreviation or derivative of the name, whether oral or written, without  the prior written permission of LICENSOR.
 * Sole title and ownership rights in the tool shall remain with LICENSOR.
 * LICENSEE  acknowledges LICENSOR'S proprietary rights in the tool and agrees to  reproduce all copyright notices supplied by LICENSOR on all references  to the tool.
 * LICENSEE  will acknowledge the tool authors on any publication of scientific  results based in part on use of the tool and cite the appropriate  articles from [http://nlp.fi.muni.cz/en/Publications this list].

 * The  tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LICENSOR does  not warrant that the functions contained in the tool will meet LICENSEE's requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error  free.
 * NLP Centre has the right to restrict or withdraw access to this tool.
