Using Controls in PTViewer
Viewer Instructions:
-
Click and move the mouse to pan and tilt
-
While panning, use control and shift keys to zoom in and
out.
-
Alternatively, use the arrow keys for panning and tilting
in fixed increments.
-
Use + and -, or > and < keys to zoom in fixed increments.
-
Press the space bar to make hotspots visible; repress to
hide them again
-
While over hotspot, click the mouse or press enter to jump
to link.
This example demostrates the use of the internal 'ptviewer:'
commands. Several are linked to static hotspots:
-
New loads a new panoramic image from the list, in
this example the same panorama.
-
Castle uses the function gotoView() to jump to a specific
location.
-
Move uses the function moveTo() to smoothly pan from
your current position to a specified location.
-
Sound plays a soundfile from a list.
-
JMF plays the same soundfile using Java Media Framework
(only if this is installed).
-
This example also demonstrates the use of popup sounds (streetlight)
and warped hotspots (use moveTo, then make hotspots visible by pressing
the space bar).
